Good location with friendly hostess
A clean and neat motel which overlooked one of the Welland Canal locks. The hostess was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

the motel is located on a very quiet street with a pleasant outlook from the room. there were restaurants within a short walking distance and the small town in which the motel was located was small and pleasant. there were photographs and other wriitten information about the welland canal lock system and a tv monitor provided current information about the boat traffic on the canal. breakfast was adequate but unfortunately there was no cereal available. on arrival, the owner indicated that she was not linked to the agoda hotel booking network even though she had our reservation details. another motel client indicated that he used this motel each year for a few days of peace and quiet while watching the boats travel through the canal.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This motel is very handy for Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake but avoids the crowds and noise associated with tourist centers.
