no nonsense, clean, safe, walking distance to major attractions. somewhat industrial looking, perhaps needs an image makeover, some renovation. I stayed at this hotel once again as it was convenient - the Airport Express bus stops right out front, the staff are friendly, the room is clean and quiet. This is a no nonsense hotel - no hidden extras - a basic room with good value for the money.

- Have to pay $15 for 24-hr parking lot
- No free internet service The hotel is in a perfect location. It is near by a lot of attractive travelling and shopping places. The nearest metro is about 10 minuits walk. The room is quite small but clean and nice. The survice is good. Breakfast is at the reasonable price. Although, we had to pay extra for the internet access and parking lot, the total cost of the hotel is still cheaper than the others. In overall, this hotel quite satisfy my needs.

Bond Place was quiet, and the staff were nice & helpful. This is also a good location. The only con was that my 2nd room didn't have a hairdryer. (I was there 2 different nights, in different rooms). After checking all the reviews, I chose this hotel for a change. It was closer to everything I needed to go. The rooms were good, and so was the price. I would stay here again.
Travel tip : Near a great coffee shop: Tim Horton's!

Rooms clean and adequate size
Staff friendly Decoration nears updating in places Overall enjoyed my stay at Bond Place Hotel and good value for money - the location of the hotel is great with all Downtown on your doorstep. For the money I paid was happy with the size of the room, it was clean, tidy and serviced every day. The decor was ok but could do with a refresh in places. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you decide to Niagara on a day trip shop around rather than just using the trips advertised in the hotel. I used a company called Chariots of Fire, they were good, left from Dundas Square and cost half the price of the trip advertised in the hotel.

Room is a little bit small, but the price is good. Location is very good.
The hotel is located only 3 minutes from the subway station.
Even midnight you can walk from the subway station.
There are many shops around hotel.
It was very convenient that there is bus stop
from/to airport just in front of hotel.
You can wait for the airport shuttle at the lobby.
You don't need carrying heavy luggages.

This was my third stay at the hotel over a period of 4 years.
Hotel has not changed at all (for the good and bad), prices are still very good and it has all the ammnities I need (clean room, hair dryer, comfortable beds) and some others such as coffee machine in the room and ice machine in the hall (don't care about it at all, but it seems to be a big issue for some people).
Overall, I think value for money, taking into account the location, is very good.
Restaurant Tip : Try the burger at the Senator's Diner (not sure if it is open in the evenings), which is on the back of the hotel and start your day (not before 10.30 though) with some warm Cinnamon rolls from Saint Cinnamon at the Eaton Centre

Eaton Center go on foot for about 5 minutes. To Dundas Station. I'm also a convenient stop is the Airport Express. There is no room fridge. Medatsu old bathroom or the room. Paid Internet. No complaints at this location at this price. Staff was friendly. The two are staying in this hotel is the second time, this was a beautiful room than the previous room. - Cleaning - Cost - Good service - Ease of access to different types of transport - Close to major sights in the city center - Neighborhood - Noise - Poor storage of items in the bedroom (bed for example) - Lack of differentials in the room (refrigerator, iron) The great differential of this hotel is the ease and access to local and major sights of the city center, you can hear much of them, or simply walk to metro - which is only 2 blocks away. The neighborhood leaves much to be desired, especially at night, when the corner (barely lit) you can find Beggars and other bad elements.

Was conveniently located in the city. Rooms are clean, the hotel was satisfactory in this price range. So convenient shuttle bus also stops in front of the hotel and round trip airport. The case was easy to get so close to other local bus terminal.
