The hotel is clean. Staff were generally hospitable but since I got used to Asian hospitality, I really didn't expect that North Americans would do the same in offering services over and above their job description.
The Concierge was kind enough to arrange a Niagara Falls tour for me.
I didn't have any problems staying in this hotel.

I checked in at 8pm and left the next morning at 8am. I didn't have time to see the gym or pool. The room service is fast and the food was good. The room isn't anything special but it was clean and comfortable with working amenities. The staff was kind, offered a wake up call and the shuttle to and from the airport is free. I recommend this hotel for anyone who needs to crash for a night before continuing on their travels.
Restaurant Tip:
I ordered room service and was satisfied. The meal tasted great and was delivered within 15 minutes. If you prefer there is a Boston Pizza across the parking lot and a few other restaurants within walking distance.

Shuttle bus can be hard to find, ask attandent outside for directions to where bus is picking up. Pick up every 30 minutes.

I enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza. After a long 10 days of getting my daugther settled into school, it was a welcome break to be able to relax with the amenities the hotel offered. I felt welcome right from the checkin, at dinner and upon leaving. I was treated like i was their only guest. Excellent service all around.

In general, the hotel is good but not perfect.
Nice room, clean, hot water running well, comfortable bed and equipped with good AC and coffee maker.

In general, the hotel room physically are excellent. The hotel is lack of some facilities like mini market, bottled water or soft drink dispenser. The people are in the marginal level of service. The food in the restaurant are standard but the person is not very nice.
Restaurant Tip:
Train the people to be better in manner.
