-clean -stylish -good support staff -excellent location -very comfortable bed

the building is a bit older and as such, no fan in the bathroom so ++fogged mirrors

this hotel has an excellent location in downtown toronto, which makes it within walking distance for all attractions downtown. the hotel is clean and stylish. the staff are helpful. the beds are very comfortable. i would stay there again
