very clean rooms comfortable beds great staff Sheets on both beds were old and tattered. my bed had corners ripped off the sheets and the sheets on my wives bed had a hole in the top sheet that her toe kept getting caught in We arrived at a very busy time with line ups to check in but with the amount of check in staff put to use we were not left waiting for very long. The staff were very courteous and knowledable with and questions we had. The room was very clean with comfortable beds and it was an added bonus to have a balcony. (small but very welcome)As stated above the only downfall was the poor state of the sheets. Thanks for a pleasent stay

-very comfortable bed the building is a bit older and as such, no fan in the bathroom so ++fogged mirrors this hotel has an excellent location in downtown toronto, which makes it within walking distance for all attractions downtown. the hotel is clean and stylish. the staff are helpful. the beds are very comfortable. i would stay there again

Looking for downtown apartments stayed five days.
