Couples Australia, September 07, 2010	superb stay clean, staff very friendly and accomodating esp the concierge, room were spacious 9 We were very happy with our room on the 19th floor- clean and spacious. Didnt get to use the glass elevators as it was under maintenance. However, every morning you can help yourself with free coffee near the lobby and in the evenings you get free ice tea refreshment at the same place. The concierge was very helpful and gave us very good advice and assisted us with booking our local tours.

Couples Canada, February 28, 2010	weekend getaway Very welcoming at front desk even though we didn't arrive until 12:30 at night. 8.7 The hotel was very impressive when viewed at 12:30 at night after a 5 hour train ride. It appeared to have undergone an ultra modern make over which made it look very sophisticated. We loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Very cool swimming outdoors at the end of February. The scenic elevator was also a hit especially at night when the view was fantastic. The only thing we didn't like was the very expensive breakfast. Although we chose to get the buffet and knew the price beforehand we did not feel we got value for money.
Gerd D. Solo travelers Germany, September 03, 2010	Hilton Toronto nicht schlecht Die Lage ist sehr zentral Downtown Toronto 8 Der Aufenthalt war völlig in Ordnung. Man darf sich halt nicht vom Baulärm des im Bau befindlichen Hotels Shangri-La stören lassen. Wird noch gut 1 Jahr so gehen.
