Solo travelers Hong Kong, April 28, 2013	It's been a pleasant stay Excellent service attitude at front counter, comfortable room, free arrangement of airport shuttle to and from airport so easy access for flight or cross-terminal for rocket bus to downtown Toronto 8 Staffs at front counter provided excellent service attitude and clear directions for attractions for downtown Toronto. Room provided was clean and with enough lights and powerplugs for work. Television had a user-friendly manual and provided a wide selection of channels. I think it would be better to provide selection of broadband network for internet access other than with solely wifi. Rooms at fifth floor were a bit difficult to access as it needed a transfer at fourth floor.
