the hotel is located walking distance to the restaurants, bars and clubs in toronto. also it is conveniently located near the convention centre and the down town. the service at the hotel was very good and great facilities.

our stay at the hyatt regency toronto was very good. the hotel is very clean and nice as you would expect from a hyatt hotel. staff were very helpful and attentive to every question asked. the hotel is located in a busy area where there are many restaurants and nightclubs, however it does get quite busy at night including many homeless people on the streets (they can harass you at times). the hotel is within walking distance to the main shopping mall and chinatown which was handy.
Restaurant Tip:
The shopping mall has a great food court that has a wide variety of food choices at reasonable prices.

our stay was enjoyable but the hotel room lacked a tub, mini fridge, and complimentary water. the room was surprisingly quiet despite it being on a busy street. access to rooms are easy given there are 6 elevators. there are a number of featured attractions within walking distance and there are many restaurants on the same street.
Restaurant Tip:
Gabby's open until quite late.

easy to reach all entertainments and within walking distance to CN tower.
When taxi driver told "its here" , I am a bit surprise, its not like regular hotel but a business building looklike. however, the equipments compare with other downtown 4-star hotels is much better.

Short Stay at the Hyatt Toronto
The Best Feature at this hotel was a tie between the Staff and the Pool and the Overall Appearance

The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in, fabulous pool area with stunning view on the 17th floor, the highlight at the Hyatt however was the staff. From the porter to the cleaner to the receptionist to the shop assistant. A credit to the Hyatt.
Restaurant Tip:
Asian Restaurant down the road from the hotel on the right, food exquisite (service not great but the food was fab)

Large rooms. Good large beds. The hotel looked like a luxury hotel.

I stayed at Hyatt Regent Hotel two nigths to see Iron Maiden at Molson Amphi Theatre in Toronto. Many restaurants in the street, grosery shop one minute walk from the hotel. I did not have time to use the swimming pool or the healt center. Starbuck café in the hotel as a alternative to the breakfast.

CN tower, Niagara Falls.
