its abad hotel im going to sue this hotel and report to media and the canadian embassy about my stay paid 5 star hotel but no quaranty of safety.its happend like none to them and out of their responsible.my ambassy neeed to talk to the manager but they throw their responsible to talk to security.im going also to write to the head offices intercontinental in usa.im almost die of this case short of breedinguntil today my stomach is having problemand im losting my bussiness trip to toronto..they have to paid all of this

Staying in a downtown hotel - we were close to where we needed to be. The hotel indicated upon check in - that we had rec'd a nicer room and they were right.
The rooom was nice - it was just shy of being a suite.
The buffet breakfast is a pass - it is not worth paying extra for the food that was provided. There are restaurants nearby and a Starbucks and Second Cup.

the room is big and it is in the city. near to train station to move around.
the bed is nice and big. very comfortable. staff is very helpful , especially the conceirge. great recommendations offered. however, no bottle of water provided. heard that it is ok to drink from tap, but the hot water from the running tap has residue and is not clear, so didnt' dare to drink directly. have to buy bottles of water on your own, as it is expensive to drink from the mini bar.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the grey hound tour operator is good. you can book via conceirge. great people with earnest attitude to ensure that you truly enjoy the tour at Niagara falls!

the staff were very accommodative of both my brother and i, who have disabilities.
the bathrooms were set out with hand held showers as well as the standard shower heads. there was a trick to the activation of the hand held shower, with a separate switch up near the main shower head.
while this allows people to use the regular shower head, the location of the shower switch was a bit unusual, given that the room was designed to accommodate people with disabilities.
Restaurant Tip:
The high end restaurants in Toronto seem to be closed on Sundays and Mondays. When planning your trip, if you want to make restaurants a point of interest, schedule for Tues-Sat vs Sun-Thurs.

We had been told that we could leave out luggage at the hotel after checkout until our departure from Toronto. Because of G20, they refused to do so and we had to carry our luggage downtown Toronto for 5 hours, until our departure... And we had to spend extra money to change our train ticket to leave early... No fun!
But otherwise, hotel was ok with nice pool and spa. And well situated too.

the hotel is good
near the train station
but there is no dispatch parking infront of the hotel
therefore, everybody need to hary in loading and disloading his laugage so he won't recieve parking ticket
