Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Easy check-in and check-out
8
both check-in and check-out were painless and the front desk clerks were very courteous and professional. the room was spacious enough for one and clean. on the downside, the bathroom fan was really noisy - so much so that i couldn't keep the light on unless i had to be in the bathroom. overall, this hotel provides pretty good value for the price.

Second visit. Deluxe room this time. Room bigger and more space. Bed is nice too. Again, best location for travelling around Toronto downtown. We could easily find shopping spots and restaurants nearby the hotel. Relatives here can find us very easily since the hotel is well known. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, got everything we need. We had good sleep and that is good enough for us. My two girls also felt good to stay there. Overall very nice stay.

Great location in a quiet street
7
it's a great hotel if you're on a business trip in toronto. the hotel is not in downtown per se, but it's only two blocks away from yonge-dundas sq and the city hall and the central bus terminal, easy access to subway and the underground pedestrian network that will take you further downtown. the airport shuttle has a drop off point right in front of the hotel. surprisingly it's on a quiet street! it's also opposite a student's accommodation (meaning: cheap foods are around).
the gym facility could be improved, though (need bigger space and more equipment). other than that, i have no complain.

Nice hotel
Clean room, well furnished, and excellent location
8
i stayed one night in this hotel, and it was very nice. especially, the location is very convenient as there is a subway station nearly, and also we can walk to city halls. the room is well-equipped and well-conditioned. one bad thing is that the breakfast is not included, and it was quite expensive.

Good overall downtown hotel
7.7
The location was excellent for the business I had to do. You can walk anywhere in the downtown area from the hotel. Room was well equipped and comfortable and seemed well insulated from noise. My room was at the back of the hotel away from the street.
I did not try the Chinese restaurant in the hotel but will do next time.
If you have the time and want to save money the airport bus stops right outside.
