Great hotel and worth the money. The location is fantastic, close to the union station, Bay Street and yonge street. The staff are very nice. There are restaurants around the area and u can also walk to st. Lawrance market which is nearby. Remember to bring your toothbrush and slippers coz most hotels here don't provide. Have a good time!

Our stay was excellent. Located within walking distance to everything we needed. We did not have a very good view but other than that, the room was wonderful and we enjoyed cooking our dinner in our room.

we were in town for a quick one night. we were really impressed with the service at the front desk and the rooms had everything we needed. if you plan on doing laundry, you may want to pack a little container of soap or run over to shoppers across the street to pick some up, the 4$+ for an individual package was as expected for hotel prices but can easily be avoided.

My wife and I decided to stay downtown after a night out in town. We booked the OKW due to its location and price.
We were shocked once we walked in the room. For a studio suite, it was nice and large. Lots and lots of space.
Great location in downtown, $10/cab to most places. Highly recommend this place.

Worst hotel ever.

Parking, you need to pay , so we did not bring our car.
The hotel is the downtown and so many cars..We got it.
However, when we got there, the price that the hotel showed us. not the price that we agreed to pay.
We showed the voucher and explained many times.
The counter asked us to go to our room first because they need to talk to the manager.
I wanted to show Toronto downtown to my parents who visit to Canada. Of course, I wanted to make nice memories so I booked two rooms.My parents had to just sit in the room, and cannot do anything over 40 minutes.
My husband was the one who had to go and see the manager.
We could've just paid the money, but their attituded just ruined the nice atmosphere.
If my parents were not with us, we just canceled..
We at the end had 10$ discount.
There were no wonderful down town view as well.
I would never use the hotel.

fantastic accommodation in spacious rooms with all facilities, including washing machines and dryers in each room, very handy while traveling. spa was great on 17th floor, complete with view over toronto. easy walk to shops, market and harbour. would definitely stay here again if visiting.
