Affordable hotel in a convenient location

Area may be a little deserted at late night, but it's a couple of blocks away from Dundas which means easy access to shopping centres.
Staff helpful with directions and room is clean and comfortable.
Will recommend to anyone with a tight budget but need a decent room in Toronto.
