I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel because the location is great, easy access to important sites and venues, within walking distance, in front of hotel there's a mini market and Tim Hortons, free high speed internet with great price.
The minus points are room is small and building/road construction is going on nearby so it will be very noisy for those who stay at lower level but not for the upper level.

Room was smaller than expected, there wasnt much room and was incomfortable. No inroom wifi, only can use the street ones (had to go to lobby to connect from phone), bathroom was small and had no fan/ventilation so it became a sauna after you shower and the whole bedroom would be moist, staff were average and wasnt top notch customer service, however i would recommend this hotel for great location to shops, food and transport

It was overall a good stay. I particularly like the location. Even though the hotel is within the Financial district, it was close to Subway station. So, basically it was easy to get around. And since I'm a coffee person, there's a Tim Hortons ( a 'Canadian Starbucks') conveniently located across from the hotel. So, I'm happy.

The location, the food at the downstairs pub, and the speed of check-in / check-out

I had a fine time. The room is a bit small for my liking, but I was out and about all day so I only needed a place to rest. The downstairs pub has excellent food!
