nice and pleasant hotel
friendly and polite staff

2 nights stayed the westin prince hotel. There are 2 restaurants attached with the hotel.
One of them is a Japanese restaurant which I dined in.but the price is a bit costly.
There are always taxis stand by outside the hotel so is very convenient.

No luggage rack in room (necessary to lift luggage off floor)
Asked for foam pillows - after 2 calls, man brought and did not knock, but used his key to enter when we were there. No information about hotel services in room - we did not know about dining facilities. For the price of room - it was not worth it.
