THe location is a bit questionable as the street is filled with drug addicts and homeless people, but i never felt in danger. For the price the room is ok, and i would stay there again, but some may feel threatened by the surrounding area
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Going out at night can be intimidating

For my price of forty dollars and being minutes from where I needed to go was why I booked. The cleanliness and comfort of safety is why I would book again. Nice newer sheets and towels;)

Definitely a budget bargain in Vancouver. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms (but nothing over the top). Pub out the back has generous food. Location is great.

Everything seems to be okay. But the surrounding is little complicated. The staff is very friendly. I'm not recommend for people who want to travel. Because it's so far city center.
Nightlife Tip:
It's located near China town, so you can find good foods.

The hotel is very old. Room is very small. My mother's room has heat. My room doesn't have heat at all. No free parking. $5 parking per night. Free wifi only 1st to 4th floor. Our rooms are on 5th floor. You can hear talking from next door. I choose this hotel because my mom need to buy stuff from china town and we need to get up so early in the morning.
Shopping Tip:
Chinatown just a minute walk away from hotel.
