THe location is a bit questionable as the street is filled with drug addicts and homeless people, but i never felt in danger. For the price the room is ok, and i would stay there again, but some may feel threatened by the surrounding area

For my price of forty dollars and being minutes from where I needed to go was why I booked. The cleanliness and comfort of safety is why I would book again. Nice newer sheets and towels;)

Everything seems to be okay. But the surrounding is little complicated. The staff is very friendly. I'm not recommend for people who want to travel. Because it's so far city center.
Nightlife Tip:
It's located near China town, so you can find good foods.

比較的安い、チャイナタウンに近い、歩いてダウタウンにいける

近くのチャイナタウンでは安いものを買えて、安いご飯をたっぷり食べられる。ダウンタウンへも歩いていける。ただ、周りは危なそうな人たちもうろうろしてる。部屋は決して広くない。ベッドはセミダブル。シャワーはお湯がしっかり出る。エレベーターがかなり古い。でもフロントはにぎわっていて繁盛していた。

一人で滞在したので主観的な感想しか述べれませんがもう一度泊まりたいと思えるロケーションではないです。
値段の割にと考えたとしてもやはり自分は日本のホテルと比べてしまうので良いものとは言い難いです。
ただホテルとあってかフロントマンの愛想はよかったかと思います。
