We were coming from Whistler, the bus stop right in front the hotel. The bag boys, the reception were very friendly.
Spacious room witha a small kitchen, fully equipped.
Very nice stay!
One thing is the location is a bit away from the skytrain, need to walk 10mins - 15 mins

Great value, consistent good service and comfort

My partner and I return repeatedly to the Century Plaza every year, staying for 2 or more nights before heading up to Whistler resort. The service here is attentive, staff always friendly and welcoming and the studio rooms provide ample space for spreading luggage.
The restaurant offered a fine dining experience for the night we didn't feel like venturing out and the cozy bar was often our first stop for a cocktail on the night we settled in.
We will return again...and again.
Restaurant Tip:
try to many restaurants along the nearby Davie Street for dinner and my favorite North American-style diner, The Templeton, serves hearty breakfasts, just a 10 minute walk away on Granville Street.

Good price on hotel in Vancouver. Good location but windows are old and could hear traffic. Staff friendly and enjoyed having a suite would stay again.

I have been staying here during my Vancouver visits for more than 10 years now and I have no reason to change.
Travel tip:
Good facilities, seems to me would be good for families too. Apparently pets are also cool. I have stayed here many, many times and I have never been inclined to stay elsewhere.

Loved the room. Great location. Clean and safe. Decent price. But I was charged an extra for smoking in the room. I came to understand it is a non-smoking hotel but they wouldnt give me a balcony room and had no choice but to smoke out of a window that barely opened. Sorry I am not going down 12 floors every time I want a cigarette in the middle of winter. dollar charge which I didnt like nor the attitude of the manager who came up to complain. Since I had to pay anyway I just kept on smoking the rest of my stay.
