location was great, room was very clean and employees were very helpful
was put into a room with two twin beds so my wife and I could not sleep together. WAS A big disappointment.
the hotel was very nice, great location to shopping restaurants, etc, staff were courteous and friendly, however when we checked in we were surpirsed to find out that our room was a twin room. therefore my wife and i could not sleep in the same bed, other than that check in was simple , check out was also a breeze and no lineups for service. i would definately go to this hotel again but because our room was a standard, we got twin beds.
Restaurant Tip : Nice pub with excellent food very close to hotel - St REGENTS.

The hotel is very close to shopping and eating places in heart of downtown Vancouver.
At the moment, There's a construction beside it.
We got an upgrade to a junior suite which is really nice. It's a modern and clean hotel and just across the Four Season's Hotel. The night was quiet even with construction beside it. I think if the hotel will be fully booked, the parking might be a problem if you're bring in a car. But almost everything is within walking distance from this hotel.
Travel tip : Everything is just close by..

-welcoming valet service
-quick check-in
-interestingly shaped room rather than standard rectangle
-nice finishes in room
-speakers in bathroom
-lots of bedside storage; niche for bags (if a short stay), or overhead cupboards & drawers (for unpacking for a longer stay)
-12 pm check-out time
-construction next door (which hotel can't do much about)
My husband and I ended up checking in around 8 pm, so didn't have too long to enjoy the beautiful room. We agree with other reviews in that it is a hidden gem in the midst of downtown. Liked the tasteful decor and the interesting use of space, both for room and overall hotel layout. It shows much more creativity for your standard rectangular boxes off the long narrow hallway! Large hot tub on 3rd floor was a great way to unwind--nice lighting and great pressure on the jets! We will return when we can stay longer and take advantage of the amenities--my husband says it's his new favorite Vancouver hotel!
