the best was that is was close 2 all the action downtown. the staff was polite. bathroom shower was not clean, there were big chunks of wall missing, our room card was misfunctioning contsantly, they switched our room from the new tower 2 the old one with out the view i picked out, it was difficult 2 understand the clerk was saying. my husband & i were dissappointed in our room, first they switched the tower we were 2 stay in(saying it was not clean, said we'd wait but she would not take no)the north tower did not have the view i picked out when i booked our room. when i took a shower,they had not cleaned the shower from the last person b/c there was soap scum & bits of soap still left in the soap holder(pretty gross)& i don't use a bar soap. i was very grossed out.the view was suppose the mountains & water, we got a view of the other buildings. the inside of the room was quite dissappointing also there was big scuffs on the wall when u came in, & a big orange pole(about 3' wide)in the room with big chunks of paint & stucco that had falling off or were knocked off. the hotel took off our parking bill for the soap junk. but we would of been happy had we been given the room that i order on line & not down sized to grossness. also they had a little kitchen without anything to cook with no plates or anything.
Restaurant Tip : there r alot of great little spot to eat near the hotel that r not to rich(quick,yummy &happy)tokoyo joe's was great.

Clean, service, downtown location was very convenient I wanted to use the gym, had the courage to go in one man. Felt into the atmosphere. We have two nights, two days put me 11:20 I did not sleep with all the noise from next door about a minute sudden loud. I called the staff has 40 minutes of patience, and thank you and best of things soon, so quiet now. I think what is good design that can not hear the building next door when I出来Re.
Restaurant Tip : There are many Japanese restaurants, is delighted.

Good location. Clean and tidy. Spacious rooms. Reception staff are Japanese. I did not bother me, but does not eat in the hotel, not to be satisfactory in the hotel restaurant forced to say it though. There is uneven quality of the service staff. The response was good reception staff were very friendly Japanese woman. BINGO even a few minutes walk to Robson Street location, the rooms spacious new building itself above all. 3F in the lobby of the Internet is available free of charge. Not reached the designated room to put the laundry in time. Bring me now except to call housekeeping. The clerk's response was a rough-around bar. But overall it is very recommended hotels.
Shopping Tip : Eleven behind the hotel, conveniently located close to the organic supermarket.
