nice hotel in good location
quiet, convenient for shopping, and friendly staff

the hotel is near Robson st. that is a famous shopping street. An environment in the hotel is quiet and private although I used shared bathroom but it is a clean room. Bedroom is small but if you travel alone it's a good one! it's a neat bedroom but i saw some dust on a pillow so, i felt a bit upset. anyway, it's a nice hotel if you wanna just sightseeing and get a good price hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location close to everything.
Travel tip:
Gastown is the best place for shopping and a decent coffee! Go to Smart Mouth cafe.

Located in the centre of town -easy walk to everything - the staff were great - very friendly and helpful. Great hotel for proplr on a budget.

Go straight to Gastown - great cafes - best coffee at Smashmouth Cafe

it was a basic room, very small but in a very central location in town- be aware there's only a shared bathroom, none in the room. but a sink to brush your teeth, etc. room is very clean. robe and slippers provided- nice touch. good internet which helps.

Great location but noisy because of construction

This was my 2nd stay in this B&B. I came back here because it's nice and comfortable, also good price. I stayed on Thursday, so next morning I woke up with the noise of construction outside at 7:30 AM or so. If you are staying on the weekend, that would be great. I love their fresh orange juice

Very convenient to sky train and the waterfront. Robeson street has lots of restaurants and shops. There was construction, but I was gone during those hours. There was no a/c in my room, but I didn't need it. Breakfast buffet looked fine but I had one included in my conference. Very good price for location and quality, would stay there again next conference

i was there for just less than 10 hours before i boarded the cruise ship. it was cheap and served simple breakfast. I don't mind the small room with no bathroom attached but I cant stand the mouldy smell

I need a central place to stay for one night as it was my first ever visit to Vancouver. the Kingston B&B was it! It is still run by the same family and has a homely feel to it even though it is smack in the middle of the city!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You are 2 blocks away form the main city centre with the famous Stanley Park about 25 minute walk away. Everything is within walking distance
