excellent service from the moment you arrive, polite desk staff who gave us pointers on getting around the city and good places to eat.
Our room was pretty large by most hotel standards, and very modern with all the usual features and a good bathroom.
I can highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a central location in Vancouver to stay.
Restaurant Tip:
loads of good asian restaurants right outside the hotel, just take your pick

Listed as 4 star but more like a 3 star. First night noisy neighbors but staff relocated us to suite next door at no additional cost and room was nice and quiet. Resturant, Bar, and Room service not available due to ongoing renovations. Also missed wake up call at 615 am due to phone malfunction. Fortunately, woke up on our own at 645 am and able to make the scheduled early morning tour. Also, Hotel hard to find as it is recessed back on Robson St. Otherwise, staff was friendly and accomodating and great location on Robson St.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Trip to Whistler and peak to peak a must do.

Very comfortable stay
The friendly and helpful staff. Clean, well maintained rooms. Beautiful art throughout the hotel. Shopping on Robson Street.

This was my third visit to the hotel his year for business and holidays and I look forward to the well trained freindly, helpful staff every time I go. They go out of their way to make your visit as comfortable as possible. This last visit I had a mixup with my reservation and the Manager found a solution right away and corrected it even though it was not their doing. I recommend this hotel to all my friends and colleagues.

Great Jazz entertainment seven days a week at O'Douls.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
City center is in just cross the street. There are super market, shopps, cafes and food court. This hotel is easy to access from downtown (5 minutes by public bus), and also from the airport (40 minutes by public bus)

部屋はきれいで広さはちょうどよかったです。バンクーバー中心部の端にあります。有名なロブソンストリートです。スカイトレイン駅から１０～１５分くらい。シャワールームも快適でした。
Shopping Tip:
ロブソンストリートは主にアパレル関係が多いです。このホテル近辺はかばん専門の個人店があり、大きめのキャリーバックを格安で手に入れました。
