Poor insulation (both internal and external)
Very good hotel very well located in the heart of Victoria. It is located 2 steps from the harbor where arrive and seaplanes and boats for excursions to the whales. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable but badly insulated (exterior and interior noise quite annoying). The reception staff is very welcoming.
