Break fast should be opened a bit early
I think this hotel is nice and the price is reasonable. You can take bus number 11 to downtown easily. However, please have your meal before you enter to hotel because it will have the restaurant around 2-3 busstop near the hotel. The hotel also have promotion only 54$ for walk-in (not include breakfast)if you bring leftlet (with promotion attached) but 59$ is the good price because it includes breakfast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take bus number 11 to downtown and please check the time table for bus and ferry if you plan to go back to vancouver
