Small and extremely slow elevators. Poor customer service. Not a lot of privacy.
Hotel is centrally located and with good views of the bay area. Across the street, there is a night club that stays open until 6 AM and you can hear the loud music all night long. The hotel staff will not go out of their way to assist you in resolving any problems that you may encounter in regards to your room. Nice pool area, however is extremely busy all day long.
Shopping Tip : Close to the hotel is the "outdoor" markets where you can purchase your craft at a very reasonable price.
