The rooms are large clean with breathtaking views across the bay. The beach is clean and well kept. The staff throughout the hotel are helpful . The breakfast is one of the best I have come across and I have travelled all around the world.. This is a top class 5 star hotel. Travel tip: This hotel is a little out of the town of Acapulco and you need to take a taxi into the town if you want to eat away from the hotel.

Die Zimmer, vor allem die Eckzimmer, sind groß, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie haben eine tolle und große Terasse. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und hat einen sehr schönen Pool, mit Wasserfall und eingebauter Bar unter dem Wasserfall. Auch die verschiedenen Restaurants sind empfehlenswert. Das Buffet war jeden Tag sehr lecker. Die aus meiner Sicht einzige negative Kritik waren die langen Schlangen bei Check-in und Check-out.Wir hatten alles in allem einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Hotel.
