Yiwen R. Couples China, November 26, 2012	okay service and good hardware pool and jaccuzi 7 4pm check in policy is awful. Front desk delayed my check-in to 430. Argued with manager, finally got check-in at 4:10pm. Other than that, the facility is fine, room is pretty good, even though they do not provide coffee machine. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: good place for water entertainment and pyramids sightseeing

Excellent bed and suite view 9 Went with 2 friends from Brazil to CasaMagna and it was really wonderful. My friend doesn't speak spanish and the crew was totally available to help him in portuguese, and myself in english or spanish. I stayed there 6 relaxing days, and really recommend the La Parilla restaurant (but don't forget to get the 10% discount with CasaMagna`s concierge). Order the salad table, it`s amazing! Never seen like that one in Brazil!

Unfortunately the hotel beds are very uncomfortable so after three days of poor sleep and the hotel staff had no real solution the hotel stay was a bit difficult.
