Lovely hotel

Personal are not good {exept waiters in restaurant), nobody speak english.Outside was very noisy because renovation.
Big rooms but everything was quite old.
I love small hotels, good location and warm sea.Everybody can find it here.Many sculptures, nice building and garden, great view , utforgettable color of Caribbean sea

Stay 2 days in Cancun before going to Playa del Carmen for a convention.
This hotel is small / boutique like. been resfurnished not to long ago.
Rooms are large. Bed is huge.
Nice swimming pool.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do not be afraid to take the Bus.
Taxi is a rip off in Cancun.

very nice hotel. Room was big, nice patio to the pool. access to the beach was a breeze. Chaise chairs were plentiful and i was normally the only one using their beach. Excellent experience. The jet ski rentals were a 1 minute walk from the hotel beach and the water was amazing.
The hotel zone was about 10 minutes by the bus (8 pesos), which stopped out front of the Luxury Ave Mall. Very easy to use, just make sure the driver gives you your change. They did not seem to all enjoy giving gringos their change.
Restaurant Tip:
very hard to find a meal off property, at a restaurant for under $20. But in the Luxury Ave Mall, which was a 3 minute walk from the front door, you could get great mexican food on the second floor, for 24 pesos. I ordered 2 orders of fish tacos and recieved 4 tacos for 48 pesos. Excellent.

This is a great place to stay but it is not like anything else in the hotel zone. With only 29 rooms, the hotel is often very quiet, giving a sense of exclusivity. Some areas are looking a little tired but these are very minor issues.
Rooms are excellent although the air conditioning is a little dated and is noisy as a consequence. Internet is almost useless and the connection is slow and unreliable. Staff are very attentive and lovely although the front office staff could be a little more forthcoming with information regarding the hotel. Overall, a superb hotel if you are happy to overlook a few little blemishes.

good place. wonderful artwork around the hotel, it is more like a gallery with rooms.
when in cancun, particularly the hotel zone, location is not really that important. there are buses that run out the front of the hotel to take you into cancun centre, as the hotel is about half way up. it is next to a high market shopping centre, which has convenient stores as well as high fashion. there are some wonderful restaurants in walking distance (la distilleria).
it was small enough to feel cosy but luxurious at the same time. it looks a little like a greek palace, but there is jacuzzi's on the balcony and the rooms are huge.
would stay there again and recommend it. thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Gorgeous hotel overlooking the ocean
Relatively Peaceful. Amazingly Friendly Staff. Gorgeous hotel/pool and equally breathtaking views.

Almost Perfect. Had a garden king suite that opened up to the pool. The room was beautiful and the hotel/pool was equally as nice. Staff were friendly and very attentive. Free drinks upon arrival. Views from the hotel overlooking the ocean and the beach simply breathtaking, watch it when the sun setting and it even more so.
Is a 5 star hotel but noticed was relatively cheap in comparison to the other 5 star hotels in the area. Understand the hotel is recently reopened after typhoon - so probably not a lot of people know about it yet. There were a few guests there but ultimately this is one of the best bargains I could have found

全ての部屋がスイートで、内装が豪華です。大理石がふんだんに使われている部屋です。ビーチにつながる出口からのビーチの眺めが最高です。

メキシコの邸宅をイメージして造られているため、大きなホテルと違って、部屋が３０ほどしかない落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルです。すべての部屋がスイートで、どちらかというとハネムーンやカップル向けです。全ての部屋の色彩はシャーベット・トーンで統一されています。ホテルのロビーには、マヤの人々を描いた大きな絵も掲げられています。夕日も部屋に射してきて夕暮れも楽しめます。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
チェチェン・イツァーの観光をお勧めします。片道３時間程度です。
