Groups Australia, April 19, 2013	Big hotel with large rooms, easy access to buses Comfort, Transport and beach 7.7 The wifi was really slow in some areas and the hotel was at the far end of the hotel strip. The bus ride was about 20 mins to the central club\ restaurant area which was fine ($1 US each day). Overall it was a great hotel though and the staff where friendly

Solo travelers United States of America, February 19, 2009	Holiday Inn-Arenas-Feb.2009 View of the ocean, the beach, and the rooms were clean. 6.7 For a 3 star hotel it was adequate for the room size and location. Extra charges (422 pesos for 20 mintues) for use of internet was annoying. Buffet for dinner became boring after about the third day. The Tequilla Grill and Italian restaurant were only open on select days of the week and were already prebooked so unable to take advantege of the other food selections. Hotel Feature Tip: Make reservation early for other restaurants on site. Or do just the EP plan and eat dinners out.
Harumitsu T. Solo travelers Japan, June 22, 2010	Holiday Inn Cancun-Arenas Hotel 良いところが見当たらない、 4.7 シャワーの湯がチョロチョロとしか出ない、排水溝に問題があるのかバスルームに水が溜まる、洗面所の水が臭う、衛星面に問題あり、二度部屋の掃除がされて無いことがあり、二度目にレセプションに出向き、“すぐに部屋の掃除をして欲しい以来した。”お勧め出来ないホテル。
