Surprisingly good hotel
location, quiet, nice gardens and pool

I booked this hotel as i needed to go early to Cancun airport. It is situated just on the other side of the street from the ADO bus station. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. Once you go through the lobby, the hotel has an inside garden and nice swimming pool. The rooms are not near the street and are very quiet (and big), the guest are completely sheltered from the busy life around the bus station. Obviously not a place to spend a full holiday in Cancun, but a great place if you arrive late or leave early to the airport.

Great little spot

We have stayed here numerous times while making our way from the airport to areas south of Cancun. The rooms are somewhat small but with a great shower and a flat screen tv. They are clean and comfy. The restaurant has good food and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything is reasonably priced, the staff is friendly and always helpful. There is no bellman nor elevator so you do have to carry your bags up the stairs should you not be on the ground level. This hotel is downtown , not on the beach.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you have a lot of luggage request a ground level room.

A wonderful place to stay if you want to submerge yourself in the Mexican culture. Bus station is just across the road so if you want to experience the high rise glitsy hotels and commercialism you can get there quickly. Wonderful food at the hotel. Rooms are very clean, pool is nice. Staff are welcoming.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the Chichenitza tour that includes a visit to where they make techilla for an informative and very tasty tour whilst visiting a sacred site.

Good location hotel
The location is good. The staff is nice. Good that bottle drinking water is provided in the room.

There are a lot of mosquitoes in the air-conditioned room. I killed 5 mosquitoes for just one night stay. I could not sleep well for that night.
The water pressure in the bathroom is not so good. The water comes out slowly from the shower head.

Dissapointing

The hotel was supposed to be 4 star, and I even booked a suite. It turned out to be like two adjacant rooms with one bathroom. A lot of broken stuff in the room and definitely not worth more tha 2 stars. Water coming through the ceiling and generally NOT well kept. It was clean though.
WiFi was working ok. Breakfast was acceptable and staff was nice - but not very professional/experienced???
Next time I will choose another hotel in the same area.

Room was smaller than expected. Thought we had ordered a non-smoking room. Room on the ground floor of older section - a bit musty. Food in restaurant is good. Will use again.
