Very nice and clean rooms. The nearest public beach is around 15 minutes walk away. No wifi available in rooms. When I tried to extend the stay, reception staff asked for a higher rate, so I had to extend online to get the same rate. Restaurant staff is a bit unfriendly.

i thought it was worth what i paid and it was good the service was great but the t.v's are old and the shower has a wierd smell that comes from the drains. other than that i liked my stay and would stay there again.
Travel tip:
Bring your own iron if you need one. And hair dryer

Close to the bus stop for going to the beach, lovely garden

The hotel was a bit hard to find even for a taxi driver. It is located on a quiet street behind the main street that runs to zona hotelera. A big advantage is that it is close to a bus stop where you can take the bus going to zona hotelera or downtown. The rooms are very basic and especially the bathroom was not what I expected from the way how the hotel is presented. The breakfast was very poor, just toasts and coffee, I had to ask every time to get hot water for the tea and there was only one type of tea offered. Overall, it's not a bad hotel, it has a nice garden and the location is handy but it is presented more fancy than it actually is. Better value would be probably to stay at one of the hotels downtown and take the bus to the beach which you have to do anyway at Sotavento, unless you like to have a long walk. The buses are so frequent and cheap that in my opinion it does not really matter if you stay downtown. It only takes about 15 or 20 minutes to get to a nice beach or party location. Otherwise, if you are not on a tight budget, I would invest and stay at one of the hotels at zona hotelera and have the beach right in front.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The is a small Mayan ruin next to the Westin hotel in zona hotelera. You can access it from the beach or from Westin hotel and it is well worth seeing.

it s so cheap when you ve been checking the room rate from hotel zone, must out of your expectation for its price. botanic garden, nice pool restaurant next to the port of yacht
room s clean and big kingsized bed. breakfast included.... highly recommend

the hotel was dirty, the rooms are tiny and have no dressers for clothes and no desk or chair. The shower curtain was disgusting, there was no phone cord for the phone, bugs every where, the bed was like laying on a cement slab.

El hotel esta bien ubicado,el desayuno (continental)que ponen es regular porque cada dia es como lo mismo,las hab estan bien comodas y muy limpias

Para una estadia como la hice yo esta bien,porque solo usabamos el hotel practicamente para dormir,el resto del dia haciendo excurciones,paseo,compras,facil acceso para trasladarce practicamente a cualquier lado y lo mejor es el precio que es bastante modico.

Das Hotel ist etwas abseits vom Strand, zur Lagunenseite, an einem kleinen Yachthafen gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und eher spartanisch mit Klimaanlage, Fernseher, Schreibtisch und WiFi eingerichtet. Der tropische Garten mit kleinem Pool und Restaurant ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal eher unfreundlich. Es besteht eine gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Bussen. Kleinere Läden und Imbisse sind in der Nähe gelegen. Für Menschen die nicht großen Wert auf Komfort legen und nicht den ganzen Tag im Hotel verbringen wollen ist diese Unterkunft gut geeignet. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist im ganzen gut. Empfehlenswert für Backpacker, Abenteurer und Low-Budget-Touristen. Für Familien mit Kindern, All-Inclusive-Urlaubern oder Hotel-Anlagen Fans ungeeignet.

das hotel ist sehr spartanisch und liegt eher weg vom schuss (also von der hotelzone).
nachdem aber im minutentakt öffentliche busse die zona hotel auf und ab fahren ist das kein problen. es eignet sich gut für die weiterfahrt, da der große ado busbahnhof nur wenige minuten per bus zu erreichen ist, auch ein ausflug auf die isla mucheres ist ideal.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Die Zimmer inkl. Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig, wobei wir zuerst mal den Duschkopf vom Kalt entfernen mussten um uns duschen zu können und die Bettlacken leider auch nicht so ansehnlich waren. mit eigenem Hüttenschlafsack war das Problem dann auch gelöst!
