no complaints about this hotel.
rooms are very basic but clean. staff is friendly.
pool area is clean but basic. location is a little out of the way but buses are very convenient to get into downtown cancun.

I really liked this hotel. location is just a bit away from downtown but you can take a bus less than 1$ and I actually walked to the downtown. It takes about 20~25 mins walk from the bus station to hotel. They have a swimming pool. Staffs are very helpful and they clean everyday. 24 hrs hot shower, fan, A/C, TV and fridge in the room. I would definately come again. Thanks
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
bus number R-1 to hotel zone costs 8.5 pesos, bus number R-6 to Walmart costs 6 pesos.

nice boutique hotel. close to the downtown area. clean comfortable rooms but small. adequate facilities for a budget hotel. we stayed there 6 nights in total and used it as a base hotel for day trips.
Travel tip:
20 mins walk to juarez port
20 mins to walk downtown
R1 bus to hotel zone
25 pesos for taxi to anywhere
200 pesos for taxi to the airport
