The Gym is bad
Service and food in below avarage for a 5 star hotel.
Expensive compared to what you get.
Constant wind, and not heated pool.
It is not a Hyatt hotel! and we specially purchased this trip to stay at hyatt, where we almost always get good service and a REAL 5 star hotel, this is closer to 3, nothing , i mean nothing makes this even close to a 4 star hotel.

The name was changed to Cancun Caribe Pakuroiyarugurando Tteiu being acquired. Hyatt was not. And also near the airport and also near the bus station, good transport connections. Is good in all kind of hotel employees.
The hotel is clean, the enhancement of amenities that could be desired. Toothbrush, shampoo conditioner is required. Drawback is not a convenience store nearby.
But I think the Hyatt Hotel, the name was changed to Pakuroiyarugurando Cancun Caribe. Examine the location of the hotel from the airport to close焦Rimashita was not listed anywhere, so I reserved a hotel, located near the bus stop when you move the city was very convenient.
