the hotel has older rooms but nice hotel and good location, dont choose the older side to live in but the new side, the side has way better rooms, the food is not great so you should go out for meals

The view was absolutely incredible! The bluest sea I've ever seen, and nice sandy beaches. Within the complex you can find great food and drinks too.
The room they put me in was unfortunately right beside an outside ventilator that was quite noisy, and I felt like some parts of the room needed to be renovated, such as a lop-sided toilet and a shower head that was really loose. Not a big deal, but these definitely made me feel like I was staying somewhere cheaper than the price I was actually paying.
So you get this for the view and for the location, and not necessarily for the luxury of the room itself. I'd go back, but with someone because it was more appropriate for couples and families.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Get out of the complex as much as you can. Massages are US$150 within it, but only 20 or 30 just across the road.

the first time they gave me a normal room with no view even I payed for a deluxe room with ocean view, when I reached it I realized so I went back to the reception but they said I had to pay 20$ for upgrade... it sucks but I didn't want to ruin the moment or our vacations so I accepted.
other than that, service in general was ok, reception guys look exhausted and not really friendly, but there are tour guides and car rentals and mini markets and all restaurants and clubs around, as for the beach it's simply great.

Reception guys were not really friendly and I had to upgrade my room even I booked it on this site because they were out of it, they made me pay extra 20$/day for the upgrade.
other than that, location is amazing, I think it's the best, beautiful beach, walking distance close to clubbing and restaurants grocery shopping malls and street food...

I could not fault the Krystal Cancun! We did not do the all inclusive package but did have breakfast included which was great every morning. Staff were so friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and had a great view!! Value for money!! I would definitely stay there again!
Restaurant Tip:
Carlos and Charlie's was very fun and good value! It became our favorite place to go! The Miami Vice cocktails were the best out of anywhere we tried! The Argentinian steak place above it was amazing also! I have been to Argentina and this place was pretty good at replicating the amazing Argentinian quality of meat!

i don't like this hotel. the facilities and devices are not good. my friend who visited me was not allowed to enter my room and the beach. i don't think it is reasonbale.

We were only in Cancun 24hrs... which was long enough for us!
This hotel is really nice. We got a big room overlooking the beach, which has amazing crystal clear blue waters! The staff were really friendly. This resort deserves all 5 stars!
