upgrade the Level Suite
private beach dinner was so romantic! Spa was incredible

we were there in feb 2012, the pool water was very cold. no heater. the main elevator was not in service so we had to use the service elevator which was hot and took longer than usual.
the movie night spiff was very cute, loved the offer. room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. def recommend upgrading to level suite. salt was the best restaurant!

ОТель очень хороший! Один из лучших в Канкуне! Качественный сервис, модная музыка, красивые люди, все что нужно для отличного отдыха! Были в трех отелях Канкуна, этот лучше всех! Номера категории люкс без балконов! Рекомендую снимать номера- лофт... Они с большой кроватью на балконе, с джакузи, в общем что-то нечто! Обязательно ЛОФТ! Вкусная еда, рекомендую заказывать прямо в номер! все рестораны высокого уровня!
