lovely hotel and service with a smile

i paid for a jr suite but only got a regular room because they were under major construction. i want a refund on the difference; but other than that, the staff was great, the resort was nice for the price and the location wasnt really by anthing but not far from most things, about a 10 minute drive from everything.
Nightlife Tip:
located 10 minutes from downtown, awesome nightlife, it was by most attractions.

The general atmosphere was very dead and the rooms were badly maintained. I will not recommend the hotel even though the hotel staff are very friendly.

room are very clean and accomidating. need internet in rooms. downstairs in lobby you get eaten up by the invisible insects. over all stay was great. staff was exceptional. lovely store inside hotel.

Basic Hotel at/near the Zona Hotelera

We only spent 2 nights to visit the Spring Break. When we visited Cancun a few days earlier, we chose a hostel in the city center, which was fine and a lot cheaper. We chose this one for our Spring Break stay, since it's easy to go to Plaza Caracol with the public buses all night long. The hotel itself is pretty basic and unfortunately there was construction work starting early in the morning. Nevertheless, one of the cheapest places in the Zone Hotelera and served its purpose.

The room was great. There was lots of room and the bed was comfortable for a good night sleep. There wasn't much of a view from my balcony although some rooms do over look the pool. The lobby and bar were appealing. The hotel staff was good in general. There was a girl working one day that didn't smile and was not very helpfully however all the other staff help in everyway they could. The restaurant was good.

It was so beautiful and very clean! I would recommend spending a week, especially during a low season. They have plenty of good restaurants, the service is top notch and management does a good job keeping visitors entertained
