lovely hotel but not service with a smile, sorry.

I enjoyed everything in the hotel, I enjoyed mostly the kitchen in my room where I could have had the opportunity of having my own home made food.

our stay was excellent, beside the rude behavior of the front desk, and entrance cashier. we arrived at 3 pm an we were refused to enter our room, we explained how we really needed to go to our rooms since we had a 6 pm appointment. we were not left to enter until after 45 mins. besides this we stayed 2 nights, an did not have our rooms cleaned nor did we have a good service as to getting our clean towels and toilet paper. the area was excellent though.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Xcellent area being that all shoping centers, nice restuarants, excellent entertainments area, "Coco Bongo" etc.

מיקום!!! נקי, שרות אדיב, קרוב לאיזור המסיבות והמסעדות

השהות במלון היה ממש טוב, אנחנו חייבים לציין את המיקום שהיה קרוב לכל המסיבות והמסעדות והדוכנים. החדרים היו בגודל ממוצע אך נקיים מאוד ונוחים. חבל שאין ארוחת בוקר ושלא ממש יודעים שם אנגלית...אך מסתדרים :)המחיר היה שווה את התמורה. סה"כ יצאנו מאוד מרוצים וממליצים!

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: כדאי מאוד ללכת למסיבת של הקוקובונגו שהיא אמנם יקרה אבל שווה כל שקל..יש באיזור (חצי שעה הליכה מהמלון) קניון מאוד גדול ויחסית זול שנקרא "לה איסלה מול" והיה בו מאוד נחמד (לשופינגים שבינכם..) עוד מסעדה שאנחנו ממליצים עליה -NATURICA"- מנות מאוד גדולות וטעימות והמחירים הכי סבירים באיזור!
