Very clean and in great condition
Don't take guided tour company they offer
This is a very good hotel for the money and the discount rate from Agoda is almost 60 percent the hotel charges. Rooms are renovated and looks like new. Staff was very good and breakfast was great also. Also it was two minutes walk from Centro Historic and that's a plus.

Beautiful interior, excellent staff (both front counter and valet parking), great location
This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. It is very typically colonial in style, the foyer is just incredible with a fountain and lounge. I was greeted with sincerity and provided with my room on arrival (approximately noon). It was an interior room, which was very quiet. Full valet parking was also included with the excellent room rate on Agoda - what a treat!! The room was spacious with nice furnishings and bathroom with an extra large shower. There was plenty of hot water with good pressure! This hotel is located a few short blocks away from Plaza de Armas, the main cathedral, Palacio del Gobierno, Teatro Degollado and the Regional Museum. There are also several good and reasonable restaurants close by.
Restaurant Tip : Go to La Chata Restaurant - the food was hot, fresh and reasonably priced!
