Location, close to all attractions and point of interest; very helpfull and attentive staff;friendly service; Staff went over expectations preparing breakfast boxes
for three guests due to a very early flight
out of Merida. Very affordable accomodations.
Excellent price/quality comparison.
Rooms too humid.,although staff provided humidifier. Sealed windows that do not open to the outside. Cranky elevators-need remodelling.
This is a very affordable hotel. Colonial architecture makes it unique. Their staff is very attentive and willing to help you at all times.
Breakfast is of good quality for the price you pay.
It is close to musseums, churches and other
atractions. I will recommend this hotel to anybody
looking for a nice stay in Merida.
Hotel is good for seniors, honeymooners, travellers with children, business people and ppeople looking to be close to everything.
