Good value for your money.

I stayed 5 nights here early May. The hotel was quiet and the room I was in on the 3rd floor was very clean and comfortable. Good location and quiet with nice pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room cleaned every day with drinking water and coffee supplied gratis. Internet weak in rooms, but stronger in public areas.

During to the bad weather (heavy rain, and thunder)... electricity supply had been stopped for some times!
In general say, the hotel was a bit "old"... but at least, there's swimming pool; and the staff was quite nice at all!

Room is a bit older than the one in the photo. Location is good (10 min walk from ADO station and 5 min walk from central plaza). Free internet in the lobby.

the location is good, not far away from the ado bus station-came.
and all not far away from the square. the hotel is ok and locates in a neighborhood that seems to be safe. you have to ask for remote control from the front desk. ok for one day stay.

Nice room and very good service. we took the travel and visit service to Cancun via the tour service. it's quite convinient and make us happy.
Shopping Tip:
one store which sell souvenior is quite cheap and close to this hotel.

OK if better options are booked up.
The location is good, ten minutes to walk to the city center and ten minutes to the bus terminals. Staff were helpfull.

Stayed in a few hotels in this price range, and this one definately needs renovation. Overall it is ok, and we are not very demanding. However, some people might be annoyed with the following.
The bottom of the elevator seems to be bathing in a sewer ad when it takes off the ground floor you feel a smell and hear water running. The toilet refused to flush. Water in the swimming pool was not clear and after a swim there my white T-short turned yellow (maybe the sunscreen had reacted with chlorine or whatever other chemicals). Cesar salad in the restaurant looked more like a few heads of lettuce modestly sprinkled with a souce and cheese and accompanied with a few pieces of overfried bread.
To be fair, the staff of the hotel were always helpfull and readily answered our numerous questions.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is a free guided tour around the central area. Starts at 9.30 from the tourist information center (city council building).
