Yuen Y. Couples Canada, March 06, 2013	Lovely hotel but...... location 6.7 I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and I must say this is a great hotel with lots of history and style. However, it really needs to improve the the service and software inside the room. The towels and bedsheets were too old with stinks everywhere. The roof top restaurant gave u a breathtaking view over the Zosola but The breakfast staffs were not really friendly. Food were mostly not hot enough. The housekeeping department also needs improvement. They often forgot to replace all the towels and glasses.
