It's not bad for what it is. You will feel safe and attended to. Staff is friendly and polite. Getting to and from the airport is fast and economical. this is not going to be a very memorable hotel. It's quite ordinary and mothing to rave about. room was clean and that's very important for me.

BW Royal Zona Rosa - Increasingly a Mixed Bag

They do have free internet, and it does finally seem to be working most of the time now, which is definite improvement, but I think they are on a cost cutting binge. There really is no gym any longer, and one cannot get a cup of coffee anywhere unless you want to go wait for service in the restaurant (only if you have a lot of time to kill). The roof bar could be cool with just a bit of effort, but they take better care of the plants than they do the guests there.
These are small things that would be easy to fix, but I don't believe that the current management has the will to do so. Used this as a base for a couple of years, but am starting to look for a new hotel now.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If they can get their act together on some of the basics, the location is not bad. If you are a walker, you can easily walk to Castle Chapultepec, and it is a few minutes cab to the historical center.

Royal Zona Rosa
Convenient to the tourist center of Mexico City and efficient in their services.

My stay though short was pleasant enough and the room was a nice room. It is really a Mexican hotel catering more to the local Mexican tourist. The staff all speak sufficient English to make sure that all of your requests are taken care of.
My stay was only overnight to catch a flight from Mexico City returning to US.
It is an efficient nights stay but not a luxurious one.

Me resultó conveniente, pues está cerca de centros de entretenimiento, dispone de muy buen servicio de transporte de alquiler para conducirte a tus citas, suficiente privacidad para descansar, así como satisfactorio equipamiento de las habitaciones. Creo que la caja de segurid debería ser copiada por una de códigos y cambiar a un bar abierto, sin llave. Asismismo, disponer mejor un área de trabajo para el viajero de negocios.

Creo que es ideal para el turista que se va a mover mucho y necesita desplazarse rapido y de manera facil, asi como para el turismo de negocios por el mismo motivo y ademas de que cuenta con internet inalambrico gratis y varios bancos alrededor y restaurantes,sin olvidar que su room service aparte de muy bueno es muy economico
