Decent hotel in the Polanco area
Large rooms with good amenities in Polanco district

Large convention hotel in the upscale section of Mexico City. Rooms are large and nicely appointed. Outdoor swimming pool isa nice amenity if weather permits. Although located in Polanco, it is a fair walk to find the truly upscale restaurants and shops in this fashionable area. Better to stay at the Intercontinental Hotel of the W hotel. Price is good for the location.
Make sure you ask for a room that is quiet.
Restaurant Tip:
there is a truly wonderful restaurant called the osaka. it is a peruvian-japanese restaurant close by. if you know nobu in new york, you will appreciate the food. this is better than nobu.
price is expensive but not new york prices.
