Close to all activities, very clean and very friendly staff, very reliable management and all services needed
We spend about 12 days at this hotel during the months of january, february and march 2009. The accepted to keep for us luggages without any cost. It is very usefull to know that you can leave important things in security. I do not know many hotels that could do so and that way. They also have a convenient restaurant, a adequate taxi service, a good parking lot and a gentle staff. We recommend and the price is very good if we compare to others hotels in town.

Good value for the price, large room, friendly staff.
The elevator is a bit noisy and can be heard in your room.
The hotel was a pleasant surprise. I had heard that the area (Zona Rosa) was a bit run-down and not entirely safe. I found it to be quite a lively neighbourhood, with a good choice of restaurants and the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Insurgentes Metro station. The room was a good size, a large bed, a telephone, cable tv, free bottled water everyday and room service. The all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast was also a good deal at 70 pesos. The staff was friendly, relaxed and very helpful when asked for help. For a 3 star hotel this is a very well-run establishment. I would definitely stay again should I be in Mexico City. It is also gay friendly.
Shopping Tip : If you are interested in antiques there is an antiques mall down the street from the hotel (opposite side of the street in the direction of the Insurgentes metro) called Plaza San Angel. The prices are very high but it's worth a look.
