everything was fine, airport shuttle a help

a price of 75.00 total would help my budget. the location is good and airport shuttle was confident. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV was a little small for watching NFL football games. If the price was under seventy five dollars it would help my business budget. Plus, with the location and shuttle it would help my business and I would be ready to use the hotel in the near future.

Nice Hotel and Convinient Location
The hotel is in front of the airport and they have free shuttle services to both terminals every 30 min or so.

we arrived late and we could not enjoy much the hotel facilities. Though there is a nice pool outside and a gym. The very best competitive advantage is the location and the shutle service. The service was ok we did not have any troubles or complaints at all.

Bed very large and comfortable, even live in 5 am, they have snack and coffee supply.

Has shuttle bus pick you up at the airport, porter very polite and give you many good advise. Internet is free here. Although it is a business hotel, but it has swimming pool behind the reception hall.

I arrived very tired at the hotel. My room was prepaid but I offered my credit card. I was not informed at that time that I needed to have a credit card on file in order to make a phone call from my room or to have room service. After I was undressed and resting I tried to make a phone call and was told I needed to get dressed and go down to reception in order to have a credit card on file. This was extremely annoying and I never was able to use a prepaid number I have used for the last 10 years while travelling around the world. I also had to pay cash for my room service. I think for the price I was paying this type of situation should not have happened.

you can get a shuttle from airport and get to the airport as well.shuttles are free and 24hrs available.depends on time but mostly coming every 15min.

I spent the night in the hotel in order to rest before my morning flight. However the people in the next room put TV ON all the night and I could not sleep almost all night.Additionally some people were very loudly after midnight on their come back to room.
I called reception but nobody has answered.Al others was OK
Hotel must do something to solve such kind of problems .

The only reason I stayed there is it is close to the airport, they did have a shuttle service to the airport, very helpful, only had to give a tip to the driver. This hotel would be hard to find on your own, as you have to drive around local narrow streets to get there, the area it is in, does not look good, a lot graff on the walls. There were several security personel in the lobby.

good hotel if you have to wait for a flight, too fare from the city for a holiday stay. Had to stay two days because Europe was closed and had a long walk in the area but did not find anything of interest. Shuttle worked perfect for me did not have to wait long for other passenger as someone else had. Was leaving early in the morning and they took me to the airport as soon as I checked our.

Wow what a deal
The hotel was very nice. The checkin was easy. This is a business persons hotel near the airport so the staff was very good about quick checking in and out. The room was a suite with king bed, walk in closets, 2 vanities, living room with microwave and 2nd tv. Great gym, pool and spa. The free shuttle service and 4am was a plus for us taking a 6 am flight out of the country.

Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. I wasn't expecting much from this place for the price we paid and was blown away by the large suite. Staff was nice and the food was reall good. Next to the busy express way but we didn't hear a thing from our room near the back of the hotel. The one way streets are a bit confusing but we got there okay. Skip the restaurant Wings next door as it is owned by the same franchise as Chilis but the food was more like "Dennys". The hotel food was pricy but very good. Would definatly use this place again as home base for any Mexico City visit.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Dollar Car Rental at Mexico City airport was ridiculous!. Our reservation was for $168 for a subcompact for the week. We paid over $450 when all the BS taxes (city, airport dropoff, tourist) and "manditory" insurance was paid. Ask before you leave the airport what the total cost is. Don
t get on a shuttle to the car company until you negotiate or they have you over a barrel. VERY FRUSTRATING.
