although facility in the hotel was basic, staffs were helpful. towels were not clean enough as they recommend save energy; it seemed that they have stayed there for some time.

very good hotel near mexico city airport
Close to airport and free shuttle bus every 20 minutes, free internet and nice swimming pool.

fiesta inn aeropuerto mexico city is a 5 minute free shuttle bus away from mexico city airport. the airport is not well signposted so knowing where to go is a problem. at gate 4 in t1, during daytime, there will be hotel reps and the bus arrives on the road directly outside. near gate 4 in t2 there is a small hotel office. to get the bus go out gate 4 and turn right to the small unmarked parking area nearby. this hotel is, in my opinion, the very best mid range hotel near mexico city airport. there is free internet, a nice swimming pool, in room free coffee and tea, smiling helpful staff and well decorated rooms. the room had a nice sized desk and a small sofa in addition to a very comfortable double bed with good pillows. the only small issues i have is that there are no in room safes and the bath and shower are a little old however i have used all the other similar hotels in this area and this is by far the best. breakfast was a good buffet. good english was spoken by many of the staff and this hotel has a very efficient technology manager who very quickly sorted out my notebook computer wifi problems. the shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes which is more often than many other hotels with shuttle busses to the airport. no more searching for a hotel near mexico city airport for me. this is the one i will use all the time.

I arrived very tired at the hotel. My room was prepaid but I offered my credit card. I was not informed at that time that I needed to have a credit card on file in order to make a phone call from my room or to have room service. After I was undressed and resting I tried to make a phone call and was told I needed to get dressed and go down to reception in order to have a credit card on file. This was extremely annoying and I never was able to use a prepaid number I have used for the last 10 years while travelling around the world. I also had to pay cash for my room service. I think for the price I was paying this type of situation should not have happened.

I spent the night in the hotel in order to rest before my morning flight. However the people in the next room put TV ON all the night and I could not sleep almost all night.Additionally some people were very loudly after midnight on their come back to room.
I called reception but nobody has answered.Al others was OK
Hotel must do something to solve such kind of problems .

Fiesta Inn Airport Mexico city
The only feature is location, near airport for travel
6
The only reason I stayed there is it is close to the airport, they did have a shuttle service to the airport, very helpful, only had to give a tip to the driver. This hotel would be hard to find on your own, as you have to drive around local narrow streets to get there, the area it is in, does not look good, a lot graff on the walls. There were several security personel in the lobby.

Nice room, but little help from the staff
Room was nice although the bathroom floor was flooded.
7.7
I stayed in this hotel twice. The shuttle service to / from the hotel is frequent, but there were many guests waiting both times. This means that both on arrival and departure, extra time should be in your planning. Otherwise, a taxi will cost you around 80 pesos. The room is very comfortable and except for the flooding in the bathroom on my second stay, it was clean.

Nice hotel near the airport
Very nice and clean rooms and a great location. Even though it is near the airport, I did not hear the air traffic.
8.3
The location is what sells this hotel. It is located fewer than 15 minutes from the airport, yet it is quiet. The checking in / out process was quick and efficient. The hotel is also very clean and comfortable. The shuttle service to / from the hotel is frequent, but there were many guests waiting. A trip by taxi costs around 80 pesos.
