The service.

To crowded, no space to breath !

We love our stay in Mexico city, right downtown (zocalo area).We could walk to stroll through the main street of Zocalo and very close to the beautiful historic building.The service of the hotel is wonderful, we could get the tour right there, by one of the service person. We wanted to see the Basilica and the pyramids, and the service could provide us with that and arranged the tour for the next day.Our coffee mashine was broken, and in no time it was changed to a new one and we could make our coffee in the room, after a long day of tour. I guess because we are right downtown, space is probably very limited. We found that the room was small and not much space to breath.Thank you for the wonderful service we received, it made our experience in Mexico City unforgettable. Jeanne Tan, Francisca Widyono.
