The best feature of the hotel is its great location. On the main Avenue with all available transport around - metro, buses, taxis. The hotel is basic - dont expect luxury rooms - but works well if you do not expect too much. Try and ask the renovated rooms which are a bit better than the standard rooms at the top of the building. Rooms can be noisy if they are facing the Avenida Reforma so be careful about this too.

It's a great deal at this place. The hotel is located at historic center and it's in walking distance to many attractions. The room is neat and clean, though not splendid.

I was there from friday all the way through monday. What can i say? This hotel was very conviniant on price and location but that was it.. The surroundings were very noisy.. Couldnt even fall asleep. The tv lineup was really nothing interesting.. Couldnt even catch the news back Home.. The complimentary Internet, well lets put it this way it didnt work.. I did enjoy the city but after a very heavy day you want peace and quiet.. You wont get it with this hotel..

i am a repeated guest there and this time i saw a litle improvement on the front desk staff but the restaurant definetely need a big lift. food is not good and is too pricey. good thing that there are too many eating options in the sorrounding area

Great location - walking distance of all main sights. Friendly helpful staff. Decent rooms. Great value.

For the money, this represents excellent value. Within walking distance of main historical sights and centre of town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are fairly simple, but everything worked, although the hot water could have been a little hotter. Subway is just a few steps away so getting to / from airport the cheap way is easy. Recommended if you don't plan on spending too long in your hotel room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Just a few steps from Hildago metro station - one change to/from airport. Fastest and cheapest way of getting to/ from town if you haven't too much luggage.

This was a fantastic hotal and I was very pleased with my choice. The staff were so accomadating and willing to assist me. I loved the location-right in the heart of D.F. I would definitly stay here again!

A nightmarish experience. As you enter the lobby you feel you ve got value for money. But hold your breath , till you enter the room.Rooms are not what one would expect looking at the lobby.
rooms do need remodelling and bathrooms need to be upgraded.The hotel is not for families.The hotel has wrongly been given the star status.

Great location
Great location, few steps from Hidalgo metro st. connecting to two lines (green, blue).
Noisy at times but able to sleep.
Free wireless.

Hidalgo metro station a few steps from the hotel.
If going by taxi the 1st time, look for Cinemex or Hidalgo, blue line metro exit... the hotel is right next to it.
