Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

convenient location at resonable prices
noisy due to outside traffic
The hotel had two restraunts. One served buffet style and the other sit down. Food at both was very good. The mattress in my room was too firm for me. It was like sleeping on a table. Since it is an old hotel, sometimes noise could be heard from other rooms. This was not a big problem. The staff were very helpful. I always spoke spanish so I don't know how well they could speak other languages.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Reforma avenue has several water displays and monuments close by.

very spacious rooms, clean, nice details in rooms, good buffets, good price-value, very helpful and friendly staff, walking-distance to interesting places, easy excess to anthropology museum and art-museum.
I really liked this relaxed and very comfortable hotel with it's nice and helpful stuff. All I wanted to see was in walking-distance or there was a really easy bus connection to main points just in front of the hotel. For a single traveling woman it's really a nice place to stay. Good price-value anyway!!
