This was our second visit, the first about a year ago. The hotel's location was very convenient and our third floor room quiet, something not to be taken for granted in Mexico City. The hotel provides free wireless internet and free use of two computers (and a printer) in the lobby. Lobby level restaurant and bar.
nice rooms, convenient central location, friendly staff.
charge for room coffee after 1st day. Bed this time was very hard.

Nossas malas não chegaram no aeroporto quando chegamos e a funcionária telefonou várias vezes para a companhia aérea até resolver o problema. O hotel também se encarrega de comprar entradas para espetáculos, contratar táxis e excursões para os hóspedes e o pagamento desses serviços só é feito na conta final do hotel.
