Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Near nice park and walking distance to Zocalo.
Cheap
Nice beds
very noisy during the night, had to wear earplugs.
Staff speak no english
Staff speak no english so if you don't speak spanish there's not much they can do to be of assistance. It was good value for money, considering it was very cheap. The rooms all have windows opposite eachother, So you hear everything your neighbours or anyone else on the other floors say or do. We staued 4 nights and every night there was at least somebody coming in late in the night causing a lot of noise. So come prepared because location and value for money are good. Don't eat there but walk towards zocalo, there's a busy place on your left just before you come to the square, they serve good food.
Restaurant Tip : Don't eat at the hotel, but walk towards zocalo, there's a busy place on your left just before you come to the square, they serve good food.

the location of the hotel is between 2 nice neighborhoods in
It is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean but very noisy. The TV was broken but it did not matter to us. The restaurant was poor. For breakfast, there was great eateries nearby. Do not expect English at the counter. Zona Rosa is a nice area to eat and go out and it is nice to day to a location near ppark to go to the "big" square. And also many museums nearby.
